Ted Walko
Global Basestocks and Specialties Marketing Manager
Based out of Houston, Texas, Ted Walko is the Global Basestocks & Specialties Marketing Manager at ExxonMobil Fuels and Lubricants Company.  
Since assuming the position in January 2016, Ted has led the implementation of the newly created department which is responsible for both product management and market development activities.  Ted oversees new product development and overall product line management, the development and execution of the customer offer and overall business unit optimization.  Notably, he managed the development of a new business strategy to improve the effectiveness of ExxonMobil’s Basestocks business. Prior to his current role, Ted supervised the development and implementation of branded fuels marketing programs globally.
Ted began his ExxonMobil career in San Francisco, California, as a Sales Representative in Fuels Marketing.  For more than two decades, Ted has held a variety of leadership roles in marketing, sales, strategic planning, project execution and operations in Texas, Virginia and Singapore.  Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, Ted received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The Pennsylvania State University in 1988.
