Dr David Wedlock has worked for Shell, in R&D, for almost 25 years. He started supporting Shell Chemicals, initially in AgroChemicals, then moved to Shell Additives where he worked on component developments. For the last ten years he has been Technology Manager for Base Oils supporting the Shell Lubricants business.
