Mr  Cheah  Seng  Chye  is the Marketing General Manager for IOI Oleochemical Group which owns two leading oleochemical companies, Acidchem International and Pan Century Oleochemicals.  

 He spent 11 years of a 27 years career in Research & Development, thus has considerable knowledge of the technical and commercial aspects of the global oleochemical business.
