Dr Sarah Hickingbottom is a Senior Research Economist at LMC International in the Oils and Oilseeds Research Team, with a special focus on the downstream processing of vegetable oils and oleochemicals. Sarah has a number of years experience analysing these markets and enjoys presenting at industry conferences. Sarah has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a bachelors degree from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London, UK which included spending a year studying at the Institut für Organische Chemie in Hannover, Germany.
