Marco Corradi gained his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Sussex in 1997. Following tenure as a university lecturer at UCC (Cork, Eire) and research fellowships at the University of Leeds, he joined Infineum UK Ltd. in 2002 in the Components Research Group working on anti-wear component solutions and detergent platforms. In 2004, Marco moved to the Crankcase Development group. He has worked on programmes looking at the effects of novel additive technologies in engine performance tests, increasing chemical understanding of base stocks and biofuels and developing lubricating oil solutions for AP and Europe.
