Jim Herman is the Polyalphaolefins Global Business Manager for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP, a position he has held since 2004. He is a native Texan, who graduated from Angelo State University in 1980.  Jim began his career in research at the Dow Chemical Company, and moved to Chevron Chemical in 1986. Jim has held various commercial positions in Chevron Phillips’ plastics, petrochemicals, and lubricants businesses. Jim and Jeannie, his wife of 31 years, live in Kingwood, Texas.
